PAINT PROTECTION FILM WARRANTY INFORMATION

SUPREME® Paint Protection Film act as a durable, sacrificial layer that offers strong paint protection.

WARRANTY COVERAGE: PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY
SUPREME® (the “Brand”) warrants to the Customer that, for a period of twelve (12) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of installation, SUPREME® ELITE™ PPF (the “Product(s)”) to be free from manufacturing defects such as adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking, peeling, delamination, and discoloration yellowing. This Limited Warranty applies only to the Brand’s Products well-maintained and installed professionally in the manner recommended by the Brand.

SUPREME® (the “Brand”) will, at its sole discretion, replace the defective Product only without charge if the Product has a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period. The replacement of the defective Product is the exclusive remedy for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty. Any replaced Product shall also remain subject to the Warranty Period, and any replacement shall not extend the Original Warranty Period in any manner or start a new Warranty Period. During the entire Warranty Period, the Brand’s obligation to replace the Product is limited to the Product that has a manufacturing defect and with any available alternative Product at the time of the replacement.

This Limited Warranty can be transferred to a new Customer at the Brand's sole discretion. This transfer is contingent on the new Customer providing the Brand with proof of the original date of installation and the transfer of the Limited Warranty is applicable only for the remaining period of the Original Warranty.

EXCLUSION
The Brand's Products must be stored, handled, installed, operated, and kept in line with the guidelines provided by the Brand. This Limited Warranty is contingent upon adherence to all these guidelines.

This Limited Warranty excludes coverage for defects resulting from:
  • Non-compliance with the Brand’s guidelines. Such failures include, but are not limited to, exposure to physical abuse, including, chemical abuse (e.g., harsh cleansers and solvents), thermal abuse or shock (e.g., excessive heat or cold), or misuse.
  • Improper storage, unauthorized and unprofessional installation, handling, and/or use of the Product,
  • Unreasonable or unintended use of Product.
  • Use in non-automotive applications.
  • Use of non-authorized ceramic coatings from the Brand.
  • Damage which occurs while the Product is in the installer's possession and not due to manufacturing defect.
  • Stains, Scratches, scuffs, scrapes, and chips to the original/painted surface, damages to the repainted surface.
  • Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, climate and industrial dust rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or paint manufacturer’s defects, which must be covered under the manufacturer protection plan.
  • Damages caused by outside forces, including the physical impact of rocks or road debris.
  • Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation, including, but not limited to scratches, scuffs, scrapes, and chips to the painted surface.
  • Damage to the wrapped surface due to improper wash techniques, automatic car washes, or incorrect wash tools that may cause abrasion or by third parties not authorized by the Brand.
  • Water Spots/Stain/Drops – are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the Paint Protection Film may leave a stain, water spots are not covered.

WARRANTY COVERAGE: PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY

  • Unreasonable or unintended use of Product.
  • Use in non-automotive applications.
  • Use of non-authorized ceramic coatings from the Brand.
  • Damage which occurs while the Product is in the installer's possession and not due to manufacturing defect.
  • Stains, Scratches, scuffs, scrapes, and chips to the original/painted surface, damages to the repainted surface.
  • Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, climate and industrial dust rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or paint manufacturer’s defects, which must be covered under the manufacturer protection plan.
  • Damages caused by outside forces, including the physical impact of rocks or road debris.
  • Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation, including, but not limited to scratches, scuffs, scrapes, and chips to the painted surface.
  • Damage to the wrapped surface due to improper wash techniques, automatic car washes, or incorrect wash tools that may cause abrasion or by third parties not authorized by the Brand.
  • Water Spots/Stain/Drops – are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the Paint Protection Film may leave a stain, water spots are not covered.

AUTOMOTIVE WINDOW FILM WARRANTY INFORMATION

SUPREME® STELLAR™ Automotive Window Film is designed to effectively block UV, Infrared heat, and solar energy, ensuring a cooler and more comfortable interior in your vehicle.

WARRANTY COVERAGE: PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY
SUPREME® (the “Brand”) warrants to the Customer that, for the life of your vehicle (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of installation, STELLAR™ NC Series (the “Product(s)”) to be free from Product manufacturing defects such as discoloration, fading, bubbling, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, and delamination. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Brand’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Brand.

SUPREME® (the “Brand”) will, at its sole discretion, replace the defective Product only without charge if the Product has a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period. The replacement of the defective Product is the exclusive remedy for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty. Any replaced Product shall also remain subject to the Warranty Period, and any replacement shall not extend the Original Warranty Period in any manner or start a new Warranty Period. During the entire Warranty Period, the Brand’s obligation to replace the Product is limited to the Product that has a manufacturing defect and with any available alternative Product at the time of the replacement.

  • Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation, including, but not limited to scratches, scuffs, scrapes, and chips to the original window glass surface.
  • Damage to the tinted window due to improper wash techniques, automatic car washes, or incorrect wash tools that may cause abrasion or by third parties not authorized by the Brand.

WARRANTY COVERAGE: PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty only applies to the Brand’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Brand.

SUPREME® (the “Brand”) will, at its sole discretion, replace the defective Product only without charge if the Product has a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period. The replacement of the defective Product is the exclusive remedy for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty.   • Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation, including, but not limited to scratches, scuffs, scrapes, and chips to the original window glass surface.
  • Damage to the tinted window due to improper wash techniques, automatic car washes, or incorrect wash tools that may cause abrasion or by third parties not authorized by the Brand.

CLAIMS CONDITIONS & PROCESS

Below are the mandatory claim process and steps:

Notification: The Claimant shall notify the relevant direct party from whom he has purchased the Products (the Original Installer who has installed the Product) and communicate the detailed description of the defect. This notification shall be made officially and proven.

Evidence: The Claimant is required to provide documentation to support the claim. This may include photographs and a detailed description of the defect, a copy of the original receipt and the Warranty Card.

Review: Once the claim is submitted, the documents and the accuracy of the claim will be reviewed, this review may take some time.

Resolution: If the Claimant is found eligible for a remedy as per this Limited Warranty will be contacted accordingly to proceed with the replacement of the Product. The final decision regarding the existence of manufacturing defects covered by this Limited Warranty shall be final and binding.

Release: Once the process is concluded with the rejection, remedy, or relinquish of the claim. Parties acknowledge explicitly and implicitly that the claim is settled.

The claim steps and requirements are general and may vary based on the rules and regulations of the relevant country. For any specific claiming process, it is essential to refer to the conditions provided by the party who is handling the claim. Claims not attended by the installer and/or the installer no longer existing can be addressed to the Brand on the below-mentioned contact details.

DISCLAIMER

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that SUPREME® and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for the followings:

  • Claims for indemnification which exceed the purchase price of the Product for which damages are claimed.
  • The Brand shall not be liable in tort, contract or otherwise for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, reliance, statutory, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Such damages include but are not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, loss of time, loss of revenues, inconvenience, loss of business opportunities, damage to goodwill or reputation, or loss of data.
  • The Brand shall have no liability whatsoever for damages for injuries to persons or property, business interruption, or Customer negligence.
  • The Brand is not responsible for damages that could have been foreseen in connection with the sale, delivery, servicing, use, or loss of use of the Products sold.
  • This limitation of liability also extends to any liability of the Customer to any third party regarding the Products.

The Brand's information or suggestions regarding the Products/Services, including details about applications, specifications, or compliance with codes and standards, are provided for Customer reference and convenience. However, the Brand does not make any representations regarding the accuracy or suitability of this information. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify and test the appropriateness of the information in relation to the Products for any specific application.

The Brand values its Customers and Warranty ethics will be controlled to the satisfaction of all Customers.
